Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputable logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order:

Domestic Orders

  • All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
  • You can expect delivery of your order within 3-5 business days.
  • Deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout, including estimated delivery times and costs.

Delivery and Signature

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be present to sign for your delivery, please arrange for an alternative recipient, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. Please note that House of Zeva is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping on all orders throughout India, with the exception of Cash on Delivery (COD) and free trial orders.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment through our carrier’s tracking portal.

Customs, Duties, And Taxes

International Orders: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Customs Clearance: Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. House of Zeva is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. House of Zeva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
